"Let's Talk About Me" (LTAM) Series Life Skills, Safety and empowerment E-guide for Teen Girls

"Let's Talk About Me" (LTAM) is a values-first, prevention-focused empowerment and safety education, robust 8-session series designed to equip teen girls with the confidence, awareness, and practical skills they need to navigate real-life situations safely.

Rather than relying on fear-based messaging or reactive approaches, the program intentionally builds a strong foundation of self-worth and decision-making before addressing risk, pressure, and manipulation.

By focusing on who girls are and what they deserve, the series helps teen participants recognize unhealthy dynamics early, set boundaries without guilt, and seek help from trusted adults with confidence.

Each session is designed to be age-appropriate and supportive, beginning at age 12 with parent or caregiver consent and best suited for ages 14 and older. The program is life skills-based and intentionally creates a safe learning environment that empowers girls without requiring personal disclosure.
